If reports are to be believed Rohit Shetty is busy finalising two projects with Shah Rukh Khan. One is a remake of Hum the other is the rehash of Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi. And the director has roped in SRK for lead roles in both the projects
Though Rohit hasn't made any official announcement on either of the projects there are strong rumours of the two on the anvil. Few months ago it was reported that the director had approached Kajol to star opposite Hum remake. However, the actress denied being approached for the film.
The latest buzz is that Katrina Kaif is signed in place of Kajol. So those who were excited to see the ddlj pair together onscreen again, will now see Jab Tak Hai Jaan pair. The movie is reportedly titled 'Dilwale'.
Meanwhile, Rohit and SRK's second venture, the remake of Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi will have Alia Bhatt opposite Varun Dhawan. Earlier, Heropanti actress was also being considered for the role, but about a week ago Alia was given the narration and she expressed her desire to join he cast. She will take a final call in the coming week as she's already committed to Shakun Batra's next which rolls around the same time.
Well, who's cast and who's not, we don't know yet, but what we know is if Alia manages to accomodate dates for Rohit Shetty's film, Kriti Sanon will be caught in a catch-22 situation as the lady had dropped Akshay Kumar's Singh Is Bling for this one.
