Now that sure comes as a surprise!A few days back, BollywoodLife had informed you that Saif Ali Khan has been roped in by Vishal Bhardwaj for his next which also stars Shahid Kapoor. Confirming the news at a recent mobile launch event the actor admitted that he’s looking forward to working on the film.
He said, “Yes, I am looking forward to it. I love Vishal’s films, the way he characterizes his actors. I am really looking forward to it.”
While both, Shahid and Saif, have worked with Vishal before, this is the first time the two actors will spare screen space. And it’s not just the husband, we already know that Shahid and Kareena Kapoor Khan are working in Udta Punjab. Though the two do not have any scenes together, it is reported that Shahid was the one to suggest his ex’s name for the role.
Looks like the trio has left the bitter days behind. right?
Saif is currently working on Kabir Khan’s counter-terrorism drama, Phantom where he will be seen opposite Katrina Kaif. The film, which is to release on August 28 this year, is shaping up well according to Khan.
