The Balaji Motion Pictures honcho has added a new nudity clause to the contract for her upcoming erotic film XXX. But we hear that the clause is going to stay for all the upcoming Ekta Kapoor films
Last year, she gave us Sunny Leone in her most brazen avatar with the raunchy horror flick Ragini MMS 2. And this year the star producer Ekta Kapoor is gearing up to crank it up a notch and give us a full fledged erotic film with XXX. Directed by Ken Ghosh, XXX is a compilation of five different stories that explore various angles of sexuality, starring a bunch of new comers. And to avoid any last minute tantrums from refusing to do a nude scene or mouth titilating dialogues, the producer has introduced a nudity clause to the contract.
” We have already had lots of discussions on how things would be shot and we do not want any problems during filming. So we decided it was best to put in on paper as a techno-legal clause”, said director Ken Ghosh talking about the nudity clause. We hear that reason behind this inclusion of new clause is Sunny Leone. Apparently, Sunny had backed out from doing certain bold scenes in Ragini MMS 2 and keeping that in mind, Ekta had come up with the nudity clause to avoid such things in future.
This clause is not just for the film XXX, but it would be a part of all Ekta Kapoor contracts from here onwards. This means any actor or actress who signs a film with Balaji Motion Pictures in future will have to adhere to the nudity clause. So, in case Sunny wants to do a film with Ekta again, she better be ready for some raunchy nude scenes because this time around Ekta wont take no for an answer
