KANGANA RANAUT IS BACK TO CLAIM HER SPACE IN CINEMAS AND THIS TIME SHE IS TWO TIMES AS FUN
The Queen returns today with new clothes. Kangana Ranaut is back to claim her space in cinemas and this time she is two times as fun. Her film Tanu Weds Manu Returns, which is the sequel to 2011's Tanu Weds Manu, hits theatres today. The film also stars R Madhavan, Swara Bhaskar, Deepika Dobriyal and Jimmy Shergill who are all reprising their roles from the first film.
The new addition to the film's character list is Datto (also played by Kangana Ranaut), who is Tanu's lookalike. From the trailers we know that the Tanu and Manu love story has hit a roadblock and after getting a divorce from Tanu, Manu falls for Datto, who is a Delhi University student and a 'National level athletes'. The film follows the tale of this complicated love triangle.
The music of Tanu Weds Manu Returns is also topping the charts with numbers like Banno and Move On.
Bigg Boss 7 winner Gauahar Khan's Oh Yaara Ainvayi Ainvayi Lut Gaya, co-starring Jassi Gill, is also releasing today along with Tamil film Mosagallaku Mosagadu.
Hollywood, meanwhile will be represented by George Clooney, whose film Tomorrowland releases today. The film is an adventure mystery tale of a journey to an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space known only as 'Tomorrowland.'
Another Hollywood offering is the Samuel L Jackson-directed Big Game, which tells the story of the President of the USA who is stranded on an island with a 13-year-boy for company, also his only hope of rescue.
And finally, Gil Kenan's horror film Poltergeist is the story of a family's struggle to rescue their daughter from angry spirits.
