Aanand L Rai’s his next opposite Shah Rukh Khan has been in talks for quite some time and rumour has it that Kat was Aanand's first choice for the role a year back. But allegedly Aanand was then keen on casting Deepika Padukone, but apparently Dippy won't be a part of the project as she will begin shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati.
Aanand’s film starts in December and when the director got to know that Dippy will invest her time in Padmavati, he allegedly decided to return to Katrina and the actress apparently obliged.
Now after the filmmaker has got Kat on board, Dippy allegedly seems to be really angry with Aanand. She is apparently upset because she claims she wasn't asked a second time.
This is great news for Kat who seems to be on a roll. Along with the film opposite SRK she has also allegedly signed Raat Baaki opposite Fawad Khan to be produced by Dharma Productions.
