Alia Bhatt is one of the leading ladies of B-Town and there would hardly be anyone in the industry to refuse to do a film with her! She is one of those few actresses who achieved stardom, success and recognition right in the start of her career when she gave us a stellar performance in her second film – Imtiaz Ali’s Highway. And ever since then, there is no stopping to her! Right now her career is at the zenith and no Bollywood actor would want to lose out on the opportunity to share the screenspace with the stunning actress.
But what we hear is that there is someone from Bollywood recently turned down a film with Alia! And it’s none other than Emraan Hashmi! Rumour has it that Emraan was offered to do a film with Alia but he plainly refused to do it! Now before you jump to any conclusions, let us tell you, there is no tension mounting between them.. all is well between Alia and Emraan and the only reason why he said no to that is because the film was supposed to be a romcom and they were going to be cast opposite each other. And he wasn’t very keen on playing the romantic lead opposite his cousin! For those who came in late, Emraan and Alia are cousins and it would be rather weird for them to romance onscreen. What’s more..? Emraan was even upset with the film maker because how could he even think of such an idea! Hmm..we do think he has a valid point here!
