After keeping their relationship under wraps for a long time, Arjun Kapoor has finally made it official with Malaika Arora. The actor walked hand-in-hand with the actress at India's Most Wanted screening and also posed with her.
Arjun and Malaika posing together wasn't a surprise as they have been often snapped together in the past, adding fuel to rumours of them dating. And now, in a recent interview with Filmfare, the actor has accepted that he is dating Malaika. He also said that he felt comfortable making it official with Malaika at India's Most Wanted screening as the media treated them with dignity and respect.
He said, "We've come out because we feel the media has given us dignity. There's a certain understanding the media has... they've been respectful, kind, honest and decent about it. That is why I felt comfortable. You recoil when there's a certain "gandhagi" that comes with the territory. When purposely people irk you by saying, writing or asking things... there hasn't been any of that. Where the paps are concerned, we give them photos when walking in and out of a place. It is normal. We talk to them."

He added, "There's a certain ease. I told them don't sit under the house just because it looks like we're hiding, when we're not. Let it be natural. Let it be normal. I don't want my neighbours being disturbed, I don't want her neighbours being disturbed. We're not doing anything wrong. I don't want that story being conveyed that we're still hiding, when we're not. They understood that."
Malaika Arora was married to Arbaaz Khan for 18 years before divorcing the actor in 2017. The two have a 16-year-old son together - Arhaan Khan.
After breaking off with Arbaaz, Malaika started dating Arjun Kapoor. From parties to evening outings, the couple have often been snapped together. They also took off to Maladives to spend some quality time together.
On the work front, Arjun Kapoor's India's Most Wanted is doing fairly well at the box office. On Day 4 of its release, the film is expected to cross Rs 10 crore.
