Fashionistas across the town have assembled together to attend the Lakmé Fashion Week (LFW) summer/resort 2019 at the iconic venue, Royal Opera House. The annual fashion gala sees several renowned fashion designers, models and stars all under one roof.
Today, we witnessed Yami Gautam turning into a showstopper for Gauri & Nainika. The actress, who has been in the news for her performance in Uri: The Surgical Attack, took the centre stage in a gorgeous pale pastel gown. The diva slipped into boots instead of the stereotypical heels and we were blown away by the outfit. She looked like she was walking out of a fairytale when she graced the ramp but suddenly, she tripped over her gown.
As we held our hearts, Yami balanced herself quickly and walked her way with complete ease. The actress enjoyed the music playing in the background as she reached the other end of the ramp. After she posed for the cameras, the actress made sure she didn’t trip again and so she gathered her gown and walked back carefully.

The Lakmé Fashion Week began on January 29. Karan Johar and Tabu kick-started the fashion gala in style. The stylish filmmaker was seen wearing a black ensemble topped with a dashing red embellished blazer for his walk. On the other hand, AndhaDhun star Tabu looked elegant in a grey off-shoulder attire.
LFW will go on until Sunday, February 3.
