Bharat continues its impressive run at the box-office

Salman Khan returned to treat his fans with another Eid release in 2019, Bharat. 

The film was an official remake of Korean film An Ode To My Father and takes us across the life of the titular character and how the major events in the history of the country have an impact on his life. Despite a week since its release, Bharat has managed to maintain a stronghold at the box-office.

It turned out to be the 2nd highest Bollywood opener of all time and became the biggest opener of Salman’s entire career. The movie collected Rs. 6.25 crore on Wednesday taking the total collections of the film to Rs. 167.25 crore.

Along with Salman Khan, the film also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Sonali Kulkarni and Tabu. The film marks the third collaboration of Ali Abbas Zaffar and Salman Khan.
