Deepika Padukone is looking at her pregnancy holistically |
Expecting her first child with her actor spouse Ranveer Singh is Deepika Padukone. During her recent public appearances for her next film Kalki 2898 AD, Deepika amazed her admirers with her pregnant radiance. Deepika is loving this part of her life and getting ready for her kid, according to Anshuka Parwani, her yoga instructor. She also disclosed the changes she made to Deepika's yoga practice in order to ensure the star feels her best throughout her pregnancy.
"We are looking at it very holistically right now," the well-known yoga instructor stated. We need to take a close look at the child she is carrying. We are following a prenatal regimen with her, ensuring that each trimester is unique, getting ready for a healthy baby, and ensuring that she feels her best during the pregnancy. It goes beyond how she seems from the outside. Working with someone who is already aware is fantastic, especially in the case of DP, who is so in tune with herself. We simply see it as a healthy period of her life during which she is content to enjoy being pregnant. She is alert and highly engaged. I am eager to see Deepika's kid.
She went into depth about the changes she made to a few poses in order to protect the mother and child's safety and overall wellbeing. "Deepika's pregnancy has caused some modifications to the types of asanas she can perform," the spokesperson stated. You are not allowed to perform backbends, which Deepika does expertly. We are unable to do deep bhujang asana, or the Cobra posture, or really difficult back bends like a chakra. The Surya Namaskar during pregnancy has been modified; it is always evolving.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh revealed the news of their pregnancy in March just before heading to Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar. The couple also revealed that they are due in September.
