The showrunner stated that Kate and Anthony may return for season 4, provided the actors are available for filming. Jess seems eager to delve more with their personas.
In season 3, Kate and Anthony discover their pregnancy but are depicted sailing off to India. The two are not featured in following episodes, which disappointed several fans. Some fans were even anxious that the pair would not be seen returning from India and may suffer the same fate as Daphne and Simon, who were not featured together after the first season.
