Jennifer Aniston is a well-known Hollywood celebrity who has been in the spotlight for her career and personal life. Her spirit fled her body when prominent American television personality David Letterman sucked on a thread of her hair, leaving her horrified. Scroll down to find out more.

Aniston was just 29 years old at the time of this unsettling interview with Letterman, which took place in 1998. A few years ago, the old tape from it emerged online, prompting everyone to blame the host. Jennifer soared to prominence with her role in the renowned comedy Friends, which centred around the lives of six friends, and she never looked back.

Jennifer Aniston's 1998 interview on David Letterman's Late Show is creepy because the actress spilled more than she needed to when telling the story of how she got n*ked once while meeting her fans in a steam room. Soon after, Letterman paused the chat and stated, "Forgive me if this is rude." "I'd like to try one thing." The presenter climbed onto his chair, pulled himself behind the Friends actress, and shoved a strand of her hair into his mouth; Aniston shrieked with an obviously uncomfortable expression on her face and demanded what he was doing. Instead of answering the question, Letterman kept sucking on her hair.

Letterman kept doing it until the strand fell out of his mouth, then went to offer Jennifer Aniston a serviette to dry her hair, adding, 'I'm sorry, Something to do with the steam room'. The presenter, on the other hand, stated that this will be cut from the programme, but Aniston's response made it plain how she felt about it, saying, "That was something that I'll never forget."

This was followed by Letterman asking if she appeared 'traumatised' by what had transpired, to which she answered, "I am."
