Kalki 2898 AD Worldwide Box Office Collection on Day 4: Prabhas' latest film, the epic dystopian sci-fi actioner Kalki 2898 AD, is breaking box office records both domestically and internationally. The Nag Ashwin-directed film, which was released on June 27, grossed Rs 550 crore internationally in four days, with Rs 115 crore coming from the Hindi version.
According to trade expert Ramesh Bala, Kalki's global box office collection by the end of its opening weekend was approximately Rs 550 crore. He said on Twitter: "At the end of 4-day weekend, #Kalki2898AD has grossed around ₹ 550 Crs at the WW Box office.. 🔥."

The makers, meanwhile, reported that Kalki 2898 AD box office collection in Hindi crossed Rs 115 crore mark.
Kalki has also made history by becoming the first Indian film to hit $11 million (approximately Rs 90.2 crore) in its first weekend in North America. The makers announced this milestone, stating, “For the first time, a film hits $11 MILLION in its first weekend in North America 💥💥 #Kalki2898AD ~ North America ~ $11M & Counting.” Kalki has also emerged as the highest earning Telugu film in Canada.

According to Sacnilk, Kalki 2898 AD earned an estimated Rs 85 crore in India on Sunday, bringing its total domestic collection to Rs 302 crore. This achievement surpasses Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, which minted Rs 286 crore in the same timeframe. Jawan was the highest-grossing Indian film of 2023.
The Telugu version of Kalki 2898 AD has been the most significant contributor to the film’s total box office collection. It garnered Rs 162.1 crore, while the Tamil version brought in Rs 18.3 crore, the Hindi version amassed Rs 110.5 crore, the Malayalam version collected Rs 9.7 crore, and the Kannada version earned Rs 1.8 crore by the end of the opening weekend.

Since its premiere, Kalki 2898 AD has broken various box office records. In just three days, Kalki became the highest-grossing Indian film of 2024. The film had the third-highest global opening for an Indian film ever, grossing Rs 191.5 crore. It surpassed the opening day records of movies such as KGF 2, which made Rs 159 crore internationally, and Jawan, which earned Rs 129.10 crore globally on day one. However, RRR and Baahubali 2 continue to lead the way, earning Rs 223 crore and Rs 217 crore, respectively, on their opening days. Since Prabhas also appeared in Baahubali 2, Kalki 2898 AD becomes his second-largest opener.
