According to a report in DNA, after Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone didn't allegedly sign Golmaal 4, director Rohit Shetty had approached Shraddha Kapoor to play the lead role. But things were not finalized because of Shraddha’s alleged attitude problem.
The report quoted a source who said, "He felt that she had (unnecessary) attitude. Now whether Shraddha really showed 'attitude' or not can be debated till the cows come home, but Shetty was not convinced."
And now apparently talks are on with Parineeti Chopra for the role and it seems that she will soon be on board, the report added.
