While the Instagram world was buzzing with the fact that Saif Ali Khan has finally joined the photo-sharing site, seems like their happiness was short lived. Yes, we understand it was Ibrahim Ali Khan, his own son, who had announced the news of his joining so there was no reason for us to doubt it. But since the account was private, his fans were curious to know why and if the account is even real in the first place. While the speculation and curiosity surrounding Saif’s Instagram joining still intrigued us, we received an official statement from the actor’s spokesperson who denied the entire episode.
The fact is Ibrahim’s account was hacked before to his post and it will resume shortly once it is retrieved. Putting an end to the speculation, Saif Ali Khan’s spokesperson clarifies, “The reports floating are completely untrue. Saif Ali Khan is not on Instagram or on any other social media platform for that matter. We are in the process of investigating the matter.” So there it goes. The actor is NOT a part of the social media site yet but is planning to join by the end of this month.
This isn’t the first time when Ibrahim announced the false news of Saif’s joining Instagram. Earlier too, we witnessed a similar incident and that made us wary to believe it this time. Guess, we were right since the actor or his team weren’t behind this and we don’t know how the account even went public. Contrary to Saif, Kareena has no plans of joining the site anytime in future. According to the reports, Bebo made it clear that she is a very private person and would never like to share her pictures and videos herself. She has however asserted that though she is not there online still her life is on the web and she likes it that way. So for the ones who thought Saif will share some unseen pictures of Taimur on his Insta account, guess they will have to wait a bit longer.
