Kaley Cuoco's Agoura Hills, California, home was sold over a year after it was listed for sale.
The "The Big Bang Theory" actress first listed the Los Angeles-area property for $7 million in June 2023, but after numerous price decreases, the home sold this week for $5.475 million, according to listing documents. Cuoco made a little profit by paying $5.25 million in April 2022, according to prop.
According to the description, the contemporary-style estate, completed in 2020, lies on 8.92 acres in the Santa Monica Mountains region. Jordan Cohen of Re/Max ONE handled the sale. Cohen did not respond to our request for comment.
The ad describes the 5,647-square-foot property as having four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The interiors have white walls with wood accents, 12-foot ceilings, and 10.5-inch-wide plank oak floors.
Large windows throughout the house provide views of the surrounding mountains. Fleetwood pocket doors enable smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor living.
Inside features include a new wine wall, a wet bar, a gym and a bonus room that can be utilised as a home theatre.
The home's kitchen, which features a huge centre island, leads to an outdoor living area. Outside, there is a 45-foot infinity pool with spa, a grill area, and a fire pit with seats.
Cuoco, 38, hasn't travelled far—in 2023, she purchased a modern ranch-style property near Thousand Oaks for $6.4 million, according to Robb Report. Cuoco, who has a one-year-old daughter with her partner, actor Tom Pelphrey, also owns a horse and rescue ranch in Thousand Oaks. She couldn't be reached for comment.
Adam Dehrey of the Agency represented the buyer and did not respond to request for comment. The deed is not yet available in public records.
